Early on, Lenegre disease may cause no signs and symptoms. As the condition progresses signs and symptoms include fainting, dizziness, light-headedness, fatigue, shortness of breath, and chest pain. Symptoms of Lenegre disease often present in the 40's and 50's (middle age).
