|Treatment of thrombocytopenia in patients with chronic immune (idiopathic) thrombocytopenic purpura who have had an insufficient response to corticosteroids, immunoglobulins, or splenectomy. Treatment of patients with severe aplastic anemia who have had an insufficient response to immunosuppressive therapy.|
