Tuesday, April 09, 2013
The world is coming together for rare diseases research on April 16-17 in Dublin, Ireland. The International Rare Disease Research Consortium (IRDiRC) teams up researchers and organizations investing in rare diseases research in order to achieve two main objectives by the year 2020, namely to deliver 200 new therapies for rare diseases and means to diagnose most rare diseases. The conference aims to gather stakeholders from across the globe active in the rare disease area. A top-level programme with a clear research focus will take stock of advances toward IRDiRC goals.
