This type of tumor can cause symptoms such as headache, vomiting, and papilledema (swelling of the optic nerve). It also causes seizures, ataxia (poor coordination and balance), hydrocephalus (increased pressure in the brain), and visual disturbances. It can also be found incidentally in patients who have no symptoms.
