Ocular findings (i.e. nanophthalmos, retinal vascular tortuosity and corneal opacification/clouding) and superior mesenteric artery syndrome have also been reported. Although SSS shares the same locus with the autosomal recessive form of Kenny-Caffey syndrome (see this term), the latter differs from SSS by its normal intelligence and skeletal features.","GARD_Name__c":"Sanjad sakati syndrome","GARD_Synonym__c":"hrd syndrome; hrds; hypoparathyroidism with short stature, intellectual disability and seizures; hypoparathyroidism-intellectual disability-dysmorphism syndrome; Hypoparathyroidism-retardation-dysmorphism syndrome; hypoparathyroidism-short stature-intellectual disability-seizures syndrome; hypoparathyroidism, intellectual disability, dysmorphism syndrome; hypoparathyroidism, short stature, intellectual disability, seizures syndrome; richardson kirk syndrome; richardson-kirk syndrome; sanjad-sakati syndrome; sss; sss - sanjad sakati syndrome","Curated_Disease_Description_Source__c":"GARD:0000411","Curated_Disease_Description__c":"Sanjad-Sakati syndrome is a genetic disorder characterized by multiple anomalies and intellectual disability.
