I have a trehalase deficiency, and it is incredibly difficult to find information about it. I commonly have reactions to foods that seem safe, only to discover after the fact that they have been treated or grown with trehalose. The blurb that GARD gives about the condition is lacking the newest information about the increased common uses in food production. I just feel that the information provided here should be a little bit more comprehensive. I also question the research on incidence, since most of it comes from small populations and the research is outdated. Click here for answer
