I would like information on branchiooculofacial syndrome. My son was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, low-set ears with dimpled ear lobes, and some type of odd lesions in the branchial sinus area on one side and a pit on the other. His sister has an odd raised line on her neck in the same place and also has the dimpled ear-lobes, which led me to believe its a genetic issue. Click here for answer
