2014 Craniofacial Morphogenesis & Tissue Regeneration Gordon Research Conference

Sunday, March 30, 2014 - Friday, April 04, 2014
Il Ciocco, Italy

The goal of this conference is to continue to provide an interdisciplinary forum for basic, translational and clinical scientists to exchange new information on the mechanisms of craniofacial development and on generation of new approaches to diagnose, treat and prevent craniofacial diseases. Because of their genetic and environmental complexity and phenotypic heterogeneity, craniofacial diseases remain poorly understood and thus in order to move the field forward it is important to bring together a multidisciplinary group of basic and translational investigators who work on various aspects of these problems. This conference will not only promote scientific exchange at the highest level, but will also create an informal environment to facilitate discussions after presentations, around poster sessions and during afternoon breaks. Additionally, it will encourage new investigators and trainees to enter the field, and to form collaborations with more established researchers.
