AA&MDSIF (Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplastic Syndromes International Foundation) Second Bone Marrow Failure Disease Scientific Symposium

Thursday, March 11, 2010 - Friday, March 12, 2010
Hyatt Regency Hotel, Bethesda, MD

The overarching goal of the conference was to provide the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) with specific recommendations for future laboratory and clinical research focuses, for clinical trials needed to advance the standard of care, and for the best mechanisms to continue the work of the Bone Marrow Failure Disease Consortium, a successful NIH-funded collaborative research group, the funding for which expired in 2009.
